Synergy takes great pride in providing you with a top-quality wetsuit. This means that suits are inspected both before sending them out and upon their return. We will never send out a damaged wetsuit. Any damage noted upon return of the suit will be charged to your account.
The cost for renting a Synergy Endorphin Fullsleeve wetsuit is $75.00 plus a $124.00 fully refundable deposit. We will credit your account the $124.00 when we receive the wetsuit back in good condition.
Your suit must be returned in clean condition. Please follow guide (below) for complete cleaning instructions. It must also be completely dry before being packaged for return, otherwise it will mildew in transit. Any wet or mildewed suits will incur an additional fee. Any wetsuits that require cleaning will incur an additional $25.00 fee.
If you decide you would like to purchase your suit, all that is required is for you to keep the suit. Upon the expiration of your rental period your deposit will be collected and the suit is then yours to keep.
Late rentals are charged for the additional rental period. The rate and length of additional rental periods are the same as your original order.
If you decide to return the suit, please ship it back to us, and be sure to use an appropriate sized box. Using a box that is too small will damage the suit. Do not use packaging other than boxes, as the suit will be damaged. Our address for rental returns is:SynergyAttn: Rental Returns 2236 Park PlaceUnit DMinden, NV89423
We recommend using UPS or Fedex services as they include tracking and $100 insurance automatically, but you are not required to use UPS. Whatever carrier you employ, be sure that the suit will arrive in our office by the last day of your rental period. You can check to see how many days remain on your rental by logging in to the account you created when you placed your original order. We are closed weekends and most holidays.
We do recommend you purchase tracking and insurance (equal to the amount of your deposit) to protect yourself against fees incurred by lost or damaged packages. Please note that if the package is lost or damaged, your refund will be issued by the package carrier, and only for the amount of your insurance. Synergy takes no responsibility for mis-delivered, incorrectly addressed, late-delivered, or lost packages.
Once we receive the suit, your deposit will be refunded, minus any fees incurred.
Getting any wetsuit on and off is not the most pleasant task. Hopefully this information will help make your wetsuit experience a bit easier so that you have fun out there on race day.
TAKING THE WETSUIT OFF
HOW THE WETSUIT SHOULD FEEL & FIT
Any wetsuit may not feel comfortable for a first time user. The key is understanding the difference between snug and too restrictive. The Synergy Endorphin wetsuit is an advanced wetsuit rubber that is supposed to act like a second skin. Hence it’s supposed to be tight on the body. The advanced rubber allows for comfort and extreme flexibility. The wetsuit should be skin tight (more so than other wetsuits), but NOT restrictive.
If there is pinching, poor circulation (i.e.: neck) then it’s too tight. Once the wetsuit is on, you should be able to grab a bit of material around the thighs and the arms. If you cannot grab any material, then the wetsuit is too small. If the neck looks like it is being pulled down then the wetsuit is too short, or the wetsuit was not pulled on all of the way. If the wetsuit goes on with some difficulty, then it is probably the correct size. If the wetsuit goes on with ease and can easily be pulled around/adjusted while on the body then it’s probably too big. The legs will seem short….this is normal. On tall folks, the legs will hit below the calf. The wetsuit neck is cut to fit properly while horizontal, not while standing. The wetsuit loosens a lot in the water.
